- Kodak No 2A Folding Cartridge Hawk-Eye Model B
- Kodak Tourist
Then, on Saturday we went to yard sales. I started off with a Kodak Euro Legend for a buck with a free unused roll of 35mm film. Then I bought a Rokinon 3000e and a Bell & Howell 8mm video camera for $2 each. I knew they were both junk, but nice junk to add to my collection. I doubt I'll be displaying either.
Later I was able to score a Kodak Brownie 2-lamp movie light in the original box for 50 cents. I also bought an empty Kodak Carousel Transvue 140 Slide Tray in the box for a buck.
At this point I was able to buy 5 items for $6.50, two of them being Kodak. Good little haul.
After this we went off to an estate sale in Gilpin after hitting about 20 sales. We were tired, but we figured it would be worth a try. Everything was 50% off, we might find something. Sitting in the living room was one of my best scores of the day, another Kodak Tourist with a leather case and manual, paired with a Kodak Flashholder Model B in the original box, priced at $20. Since it was the last day, I got 50% off this and got both items for $10. In two days I acquired two Kodak Tourists and a Model B Flashholder for $20. These were the best additions to my Kodak Collection.
However, the day wasn't over yet. We hit a local junk store in town. I picked up 3 more old Kodak cameras without the boxes for $1 total. They were:
- Kodak Cameo Motor EX
- Kodak Tele-EKTRALITE 600
- Kodak Disc 6000 (with loaded film made by Hills)
