So that is 36 hours without pop, and 2 short jogs. I can tell I'm way out of shape, the breathing at the end of each sprint is the hardest I have ever encountered. I can't remember it being that bad. That's what happens when you reach 230 lbs. I was a mere 195 just 3 years ago.

Otherwise, things are going good. I couldn't be busier, and i'm learning to cope with this extra stress in my life.

I am hoping to pack up my D7000 tomorrow morning and ship it off to Nikon land for it's first repair. I'll miss it.

Exercise is necessary at this point in my life. The lifestyle I live, where I wake up, go to work, and sit at a computer is going to hurt me in the long run unless I add something to it.

My problem is that I don't even get my heartrate up once a day. I have to fix that.
