I've always wanted an HD camera, but could never afford one. The whole pocket/mini market has risen, and has been saturated, so I was able to pick this one up for user $150. It does 1080p at 30fps, 720p at 60 and 30, and 480p at 30. I paired it with a 16GB card for well over 2 hours of full HD recording if I need it.
For that price, although, it's missing a ton of features. You can't do anything with the white balance, there are no manual camera settings except turning the flash on and off. The thing sucks in low light. But hey, I didn't pay $1,300, I paid $130. It's excellent outdoors during the daytime.
It's also great for moments like this. Ralena just picked up a XBOX 360 Kinect game and was so cute playing with it. So I figured I would record it. And the rest is recorded history. In HD.
